Samuel Barber
About Me
Sam Barber is a Senior and attends Greenville High School. He has lived in Greenville, Illinois all of his life. He has four siblings, two brothers and two sisters. He is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, both the varsity soccer and basketball teams, and is also a student in CEO. In the summer, he works as a lifeguard at the public pool, and he mows lawns. He loves to spend time with his friends, family, and girlfriend. Last year, he was the Junior Class Vice President, and he was in charge of the 2018 Prom at his high school. In Jr. High, he was awarded Student of the Year. Sam is interested in attending Taylor University, in Indiana, and would like to major in sports management. His goal would be to become a general manager of a professional basketball team. His father, George Barber, was a basketball coach at the University of Kentucky, Bradley University, and is now the head coach of the basketball team at Greenville University. As Sam grew up, he developed a strong interest for basketball and sports, and they play a huge role in his life today.
