Thank you Darla and Larry Deiters for speaking with and giving CEO a tour of Kahuna’s Burgers & More this morning. Darla shared the story of how the concept for Kahuna’s was born, the need to pivot in business (whether it be with new menu items or with a complete business overall), the importance of knowing your numbers and how to keep your vendors “on their toes”.
