What a great morning! Today, we spent our class time with Montgomery CEO and Tyler Morris at Capri IGA - Hillsboro, IL.
After spoiling us with doughnuts and milk, Tyler gave us a tour of the grocery store, talked about the grocery industry, shared about the difficulties and blessings of running two locations, and highlighted the importance of customer service and proper staffing.
