Lately, Team Days are class times where we work collectively on developing our Group Business.

Our students come up with a unique business concept, research the industry, create a budget, develop marketing plans, and assemble a formal business plan to present to our Bond County CEO Board of Directors.

Students are organized in three groups: finance, marketing, and operations. Our Group Business CEO Wyatt Orender rotates around the groups to share knowledge, answer questions, support others, offer suggestions, and keep the project moving forward to their goal.

And they have fun doing it!
