Today, we spent the morning at Marcoot Jersey Creamery in Greenville, IL with the always entertaining Laura Wall!

With the comedic timing of a vaudeville performer, Laura shared the history of the multi-generation farm and how the farm has adapted over time to become a full production facility for fresh and aged cheeses, ice cream, Dog-Os Cheesy Chompers, and ice cream for dogs!

After touring the milking parlor and its robotic milking system, we visited the calf barn and this season’s friendly babies.

Laura took us back inside the creamery to sample cheeses, dish up ice cream, and answer questions.
